Salesforce Develooer

Responsibilities:

• Be a key resource for the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to optimize the customer experience and support our rapidly growing customer base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to identify areas for improvement and implement Salesforce best practices.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Tachus' business processes and systems to ensure Salesforce solutions are aligned with our strategic goals.
• Ensure data integrity, system stability, and security within the Salesforce platform.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, data models, and API specifications.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and limitations.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about Salesforce solutions that support business objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Field Service experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
