Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities:

• Act as the internal resource for the platform team, driving innovation and efficiency.
• Take ownership of the overall lifecycle and management of Salesforce projects.
• Lead code review and release management processes, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Establish and document processes for development and project management.
• Provide technical leadership and support day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate closely with team members and report to Raymond, a seasoned Solutions Architect.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a managerial role, with the potential for rapid growth into a team lead position.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Proficiency in Sales, Communities, and Marketing Cloud applications.
• Familiarity with Mowgli text messaging, Conga, and Salesforce integrations.
• Ability to navigate and troubleshoot complex development challenges.
• Strong leadership mentality and management experience.
• Certifications are not mandatory but desirable.
