Salesforce Developer

Responsiblties:

• Review test cases and test plan to ensure that requirements have been met by the project delivery team.
• Perform technical peer review of configuration and customization done by peer developers.
• Review and approve system documentation as changes/enhancements are deployed to ensure accuracy.
• Provide oversight on production support including working with the technical teams to develop root cause analysis, and communicating resolution to the stakeholders and end users.
• Act as liaison with the vendors, development teams, and business users to create and finalize end-to-end technical solutions.
• Support Release Masters with comprehensive steps to implement the solution to production.
