Job Description :

Required Qualifications:

  • CX Training Lead with 7+ years of experience in leading Training work for CX projects, Build CX Training Material, Conduct Training and Provide Training support
  • Should have Project Experience with SAP Enable Now or similar training tools
  • Ability to walk through eCommerce and Sales/Service Business processes with the client, strong end to end system business process skills of eCommerce Sales and CRM Account Management, Activities, Sales Quotes, Sales Orders, Leads, Opportunities, Service Tickets and Field Service Management.
  • Coordinating all training activities according to the training concept and plan.
  • Supporting the Super User community with system knowledge, process documentation, and end-user training.
