SAP Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Be the Lead Developer for the FIORI / Web DP Team, providing cross-training while also assisting with the development tasks.
• Work with Development Team, producing “Proof of Concept” in Sandbox of some TBD items, but not all items listed in Development Tasks.
• Work with Development Team and Basis Team apply any designated new 2.0 “FIORI Apps” that could replace some Development efforts.
• Implement “Proof of Concept” in Sandbox for mixing FIORI Apps with ABAP Web DP IVIEW’s.
• Assist with Install SAP FIORI 2.0 in Development Environment – working with OSC BASIS Staff
• Assist with Install of SAP Web DP in Development Environment – working with OSC BASIS Staff
• Working with Development Team, produce items in DEV Landscape of all TBD items, as well as items listed in Development Tasks.
• Work with all teams to Produce a working Portal in the DEV environment to be promoted through the landscape.
• Perform and assist with debugging and testing of the FIORI / Web DP portal in DEV during testing and as it progresses through the landscape of QAS and Production.

Expected Skills:

• Able to work without assistance; can provide leadership to others; able to manage highly complex work efforts; may have advanced education; may have extensive industry experience.
• Experience in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, ODATA, JSON, HTML5, CSS3, SML with minimum 5 years
• Experience with the State of NC HR-Payroll System is strongly desired.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design and development
• Enhancement and customization of Fiori apps using SAP Web IDE with minimum 5 years Development of apps with effective use of Git and GitHub
• Experience with Chrome/Edge debuggers with minimum of 7 years
• Knowledge of Integrating Gateway OData and JSON services with UI5 applications
• Knowledge of ABAP workbench tools with a minimum of 7 years.
• Knowledge of User Roles and profiles in the ABAP system. Strong SAP ABAP programming skills with a minimum of 7 years’ experience utilizing ABAP.
• Strong and demonstrated knowledge of Fiori 1.0 and 2.0, SAP UI5, XML, JS for Fiori application design with a minimum of 5 years.
• Strong and demonstrated knowledge of Fiori, for HCM application design with a minimum of 5 years.
• Strong knowledge of BASIS and Security components of Fiori for HCM with a minimum of 5 years.
• Experience and strong knowledge in ABAP Web DP configuration with a minimum of 7 years.
• Experience and strong knowledge in ABAP Web DP Development with a minimum of 7 years.
