Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to customers; achieve a higher level of Scrum maturity, including definition of roles an responsibilities.
• Work with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
• Coach the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicate effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.
• Build high performing teams by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.

Qualification:

• Experience of 8-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Should have experience working with well-established Agile teams, but also with teams consisting of members with different levels of Agile maturity.
• Ability to drive Agile transformation process and best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and processes.
