Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Educates teams on agile values and principles and facilitates scrum events and other activities. Monitors team progress and coaches and advises team for improvements.
• Provides training and coaching as needed to business owners to support backlog maintenance.
• Creates and collects team metric reports and provides ability for managers to access them
• Coaches teams on communication and conflict resolution to help develop trust, psychological safety that enables self-organization.
• Drives collaboration to remove team-level impediments. Leverages escalation process to channel issues and concerns to appropriate parties.
• Participates proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices
• Assist in training delivery in support of agile services adoption
• Conducts and facilitates agile meetings as requested across IT and organization. Mentor other teams and departments on agile mindset, practices and tools.
