Job Description :Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, people, and outputs.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure that project tasks are completed on time.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, address any concerns, and gather feedback.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and fulfill stakeholder requirements.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, motivating them to perform at their best.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, status updates, and team blockers.
- Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring that any deviations are documented and approved.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience working with Software Development teams.
- Scrum Master certification is a requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
