Scrum Master

Job Description :Coach motivate and Lead cross functional scrum teams. Facilitate and assist team, program events and ceremonies. Take an agile leadership role in the organizations continuous improvement program; helping teams develop effective improvement objectives and plans to achieve them. Facilitating discussion, decision making and conflict resolution. Work with other scrum masters, development team, and shared resources throughout each iteration and PI employing CI-CD. Foster the adoption of agile technical practices. Mentoring on various agile practices and agile engineering practices – TDD, CI-CD AND ATDD, creating high performing teams. Assist the team to adapt scrum artefact’s - to create product backlog with user stories, sprint backlog, sprint task list, sprint burndown and release burn down charts using JIRA. Lead multiple estimation and prioritization techniques – MoSCoW, Kano, T-shirt sizing, Planning Poker. Strongly serving the product owner and development team in their quest to do everything possible to delight customers.
