Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as a coach and mentor to the team, helping them to understand and implement Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and prioritized, and that the team is delivering value to the customer.
• Identify and remove impediments that are preventing the team from achieving their goals, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Track and report on team progress, using metrics such as velocity and burn-down charts to help the team continuously improve.
• Good To Have Skills:Experience in Agile Program Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
• Experience in using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Agile Central.
