Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and support the Scrum process, including the Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Remove impediments to the team's progress.
• Coach the team to self-organize and improve.
• Promote communication and collaboration within the team and with other stakeholders.
• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and values.
• Track the team's progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Report on the team's progress to the Engineering Manager.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and values.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems.
