Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Help mature processes within the organization, maintain and refine capacity planning, sprint planning, and delivery cadence.
• Drive process improvements for continuous improvement and continuous delivery pipeline automation as needed by your team.
• Foster an environment where team members have a voice and freely participate in and advocate for, continuous improvement.
• Proactively find ways in which to keep your team healthy, happy, and productive while delivering in a fast-paced environment
• Support Product Owner(s) and Business Analysist(s) to ensure developers have a clear priority, well defined requirements, and backlog is ready for team intake.
• Identify and define dependencies and risks, then helping to create mitigation and contingency plans with the team. Facilitating collaboration to resolve dependencies and risks across multiple teams and parts of the organization.
• Derive and Maintain business facing delivery commitments from a release level through managing story level sprint cadence and capacity.
