Security Supervisor

Good day, We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a security Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall Security and safety of our organization, ensuring the protection of employees, customers, and assets. Your primary role will be to supervise and lead a team of security officers in maintaining a secure environment. 

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security team, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to standard operating procedures.

2. Develop and implement security protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain a high level of security across the organization

3. Investigate security incidents, accidents, and violations, documenting all findings and implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

4. Train and guide security officers on security procedures, emergency response protocols, and customer service standards.

5. Conduct regular security assessments and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
