Senior Accountant

Job Description :Work closely with auditors on facilitating review/audit requests Prepare consolidated balance sheet and P&L fluctuations Understand and prepare journal entries for ASC 606 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers) and ASC 842 (Lease Accounting) Prepare disclosures for quarterly/annual public filings and assist with XBRL Coordinate and work closely with global finance sites to facilitate requests, review financial statements and provide finance-related activity support Ensure timely preparation and analysis of Corporate reports (Oracle Hyperion Financial Management and other) Analyze business unit operating results on a monthly/quarterly basis Assist in the research and implementation of new accounting standards (e.g. ASC 842) Requirements: Bachelor s degree required in Accounting or Finance CPA preferred or MBA 3-4+ years in public accounting Experience with public company external reporting requirements Exposure to revenue recognition rules and interpretations (ASC 606) Possess strong analytical and communication skills (both written and oral) and be able to understand the Corporate Finance requirements in a multinational company A commitment to continuous improvement and desire to grow in a professional and dynamic environment The ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing global public company An independent and resourceful problem solver who has the ability and commitment to meet strict reporting deadlines
