Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business/clinical needs and requirements.
• Interpret end user requirements, discuss potential options, and help client move towards optimal solution.
• Reveal potential issues related to user requests.
• Evaluate the operational workflow that is applied to the system.
• Create system specifications from user requirements.
• Design database queries and create reports utilizing a report-writing tool.
• Proactively monitor the application and recommend improvements.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with EMR full life cycle application/system implementations, troubleshooting, testing, and support. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers, vendors, peers, and management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
