Senior Data Analyst

 Responsibilities:

• Be a champion of data throughout the organization through the creation of standardized metrics, intuitive dashboards, and compelling business insights.
• Be able to extract data out of Big Data technologies  to produce clear and actionable insights.
• Synthesize complex data analyses and communicate clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the organization, such as the exploration and analysis of user behaviors LTV modeling, and churn analysis, as examples, to drive actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities most important for growth to remove barriers for product adoption, retention, engagement and partner with growth-focused teams  to execute on projects.
• Craft compelling dashboards and visualizations to “tell the story” of the business.Continually evaluate and refine your technical toolkit; teach what you learn to the team.
• Thrive and excel in tackling ambiguous problems and showcasing creative and innovative solutions.
• Approach problems with various degrees of agility and focus on output → you are solutions and results oriented and strive to empower peers, stakeholders, and leaders.

• Advanced knowledge of data analytics, cleaning and preparation.
