Senior Data Analyst

Responsiblties:

• Manages, reviews, analyzes, updates, and evaluates data across the department, including financial, work requests, and key performance indicators.
• Provides quality assurance of imported data.
• Develops reports and analysis for team members, department leadership, and external customers.
• Makes recommendations to department leadership for process improvements, cost savings, or other operational changes.
• Supports initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
• Generates reports from single or multiple systems.
• Trains end users on new reports and dashboards.
• Processes confidential data and information according to guidelines.
• Provides technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
• Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.
