Senior Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions, adhering to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the design and implementation of robust and scalable software systems.
• Optimize application performance, identify, and resolve bottlenecks, and implement efficient algorithms and data structures.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of software applications by conducting thorough testing, debugging, and implementing appropriate monitoring and error handling mechanisms.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to automate deployment processes, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth application deployment and operations.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks, and evaluate their potential application to enhance our software development practices and productivity.
