Requirements:

Need current experience using JSP and has experience with accessibility and responsive UI.
Someone who could be a principal engineer, not a lead – Fullstack.
Hands-on & has confidence if there is push-back.
Communication with other leads & someone who is driven.
Candidates that have been working on a large team might not fit well into this smaller team.

Key Skills:.

Experience designing, building and testing Java EE applications.
In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks like JSF and Spring MVC.
Experience with Object-Oriented Design.
Good delegation and time management skills.
