Job Description :
  • Provide L2 Triage Unit Support Includes all Triaging effort in handling Incidents Non Ticketed Support activities UI Online Availability Coordination with InfraBusiness client Project Development team
  • Application Triage Support Respond and Resolve Incidents
  • Working with interfacing applications for resolution
  • Should have the willingness to learn and a basic understanding of technologies that are required to support the application
  • Experience in handling Incident Management Ticket Handling Coordination among different Teams Initial analysis on problems coordination with SME on identifying the Root cause
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Flexible to work in any shifts Including Night shifts and weekends
