Senior QA Analyst

 Responsibilities:

• Tracks timely reporting of internal and external proficiency testing results, maintains accurate records of handling, reports and follow up.
• Audit laboratories to identify quality issues, nonconformities and opportunities for improvement as well as participates in external audits and inspections.
• Maintains document control system, non-conforming events and training to assure consistency of applications and procedures.
• Collect summary data for management reports regarding quality indicators, internal and external audit outcomes, and complaints.
• Provide training for Labcorp quality policies and procedures.
• Maintain and coordinate communications between laboratories in the assigned area(s), provide assistance where indicated on quality related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science field of study or a related scientific field.
• Strong computer skills, including but not limited to the following: Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
• Previous experience with an electronic data management system MasterControl.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• High level of attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
