Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive training modules incorporating videos, animations, and multimedia elements.
• Ensure content aligns with instructional goals and objectives.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to gather and understand content requirements.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure alignment with learning objectives.
• Propose and implement innovative design solutions to enhance learning experiences.
• Maintain detailed documentation of multimedia development processes and design choices.

 Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing web-based training modules with multimedia content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Animate.
• Strong understanding of Animation and Design Principles.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools quickly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
