Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments Contribute to large scale planning of strategies Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Responsibilities

Works with diverse group of developers, business subject matter experts, project management from multiple teams with assertiveness and tact Contributes to the front end and UI design, development, testing and release activities Ability to do the reviews and follow the process methodologies and documentation Be a trusted technology partner for Treasury technology teams and Wells Fargo India stakeholders Report status to Engineering Manager.

Essential Qualifications

7-9 yrs. of hands-on IT experience in developing complex, highly integrated, Rich Internet Application (RIA) development using front-end frameworks such as React JS, Redux, JavaScript and worked in Agile teams. Should have work experience in HTML5, JavaScript(ES5 ES6) ,Object oriented JavaScript, Ajax, JSON, React JS library, Responsive web development. Knowledge working with Node GIT, Jest / Enzyme / React-testing-library React Developer Tools browser plug-in, Webpack, JSON Schema (data formatting specifications), Babel / ES6 JavaScript, Responsive CSS frameworks, Knowledge of Web Accessibility (WCAG, WAI, ARIA) Use browser debugging tools (native and plug-ins) to investigate and manipulate code behavior and displayed content. Collaborate with Test engineering team to verify system correctness, diagnose error causes and ensure compliance with corporate security policy and other essential standards. Participate in the design, development and implementation of internet/intranet applications involving diverse back-end platforms, with a focus on producing front-end user-interface code. Evaluate system requirements and technical specifications to produce efficient and cost-effective solutions to meet business needs. Maintain currently used development tools with up-to-date stable versions and configuration. Research emerging web technologies and development processes. Provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff as needed.
