Senior System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Should have very strong experience in Windows Support Experience, preferably in banking domain.
• Should have worked in Production Support environment Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience in the following SQL Database systems,Apache web server, JBoss, EAP / EPP, Tibco B/w, EMS is beneficial.
• Work experience in Certificate installation and renewals, patching and application releases.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the team, cross-functional teams, vendors, and infrastructure to resolve/escalate incidents/problems
• Should have worked in installation client tools like Oracle, SQL Server.
• Should able to write scripts for diagnosis issues/ support perspective and resolve the same.
