Job Description :Responsibilities:
- Collaborates well with cross-disciplinary teams, including Front End Development, to create functional and engaging product experiences.
- Helping drive processes and approaches to solving design problems for your feature space as an embedded UX expert on your product team.
- Familiar with industry standard methodologies and can find opportunities for novel solutions.
- Creates experience maps, wireframes, user flows, and production-ready designs
- Designs user experiences from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity prototypes
- Creates rapid prototypes to communicate designs or validate design solutions.
- Delivers feedback to other designers on the team, speaking from a place of experience.
- Demonstrates experience completing design practices within Agile software development.
- Collaborates with Project Owners and Business Analysts to build and maintain a product backlog
- Works closely with partners on the crafting of requirements and user stories.
- Understands and considers business goals in their design decisions/solutions.dd bullet points.
Experience:
- 7 to 9 years of experience in web and mobile design, backed by an impressive portfolio showcasing user-focused design solutions.
- Skilled in both Visual (UI) and Interaction Design (UX), with the ability to integrate custom components from established design systems with native mobile patterns to offer a well-balanced mix of brand consistency, user familiarity, unique brand representation, and user-friendliness.
- Confident in assessing and commenting on suggested and completed work, offering honest critiques to peer designers and developers. Committed to ensuring the cross-functional team delivers the application as planned, or negotiating solutions that maintain the customer experience as a primary consideration.
- Proficient in collecting feedback from end-users, conducting, or being involved in usability testing and identifying user requirements through research.
