Job Description :-

• Developing custom Widgets using (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular JS) Pages, Portals, modifying OOB widgets (Service Portal).
• Configuring web services, installing required mid servers as provided by the client, requirement gathering and connectivity check from ServiceNow (Integrations)
• Work in ITOP, CMDB and ITSM Workflows
• Develop, update, upgrade, maintain and support KP Cloud storage services catalogs.
• Code validation in Quality assurance environments pertaining to VRA/VRO and ServiceNow code
• Provide functional end to end validation and/or demo of sprint prior to initiating code promotion
