REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years hands on experience with ServiceNow Platform
• ITSM and ITOM Discovery, and Service Mapping Certification

Duties include:

• Understanding environment and defining trusted data sources
• Assess and Aligning CI classes
• Creating relationship maps, leveraging service mapping capabilities
• Applying best practices for CMDB with Incident, Problem, & Change Mgmt
• Code, test and promote assigned Stories
• They’d like to have this resource onsite at least initially to get acquainted with the GPI team.

ServiceNow Certifications: ITSM, ITOM Discovery, Event Management and Service Mapping
