They are in need of someone that can come in with ServiceNow experience to help with custom development.
They are not looking for someone that just takes direction and goes about their work but someone that can understand what the internal customer is asking for and with their experience make recommendations on what is best.
The majority of the development is custom processes not just out of the box.
They would really like someone who can potentially come in and help them knock out the large backlog.
They have 2 week sprints and typically are running about 4-5 projects at a time.
They are currently working with the Jakarta version and will be moving to London by 2020.
ServiceNow is used for the Service desk throughout all of the other teams involving the ITIL process.
