Servicenow Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI actions, and other customizations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and implement business processes using ServiceNow.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and tools using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow platform performance and functionality.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring that best practices are followed and that code quality is maintained.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with other teams  to ensure the success of ServiceNow projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.
