Sharepoint Developer

Responsibilities:

• Gather and review requirements for projects, technical support, and maintenance.
• Configure and maintain automated business processes as defined by process owners.
• Design, code, test and deliver scalable SharePoint solutions.
• Extend SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies.
• Work closely with IT staff for databases, reporting, server and account management, and support.
• Ensure software functions effectively, and web services run securely.
• Document solutions via documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, comments, and clear code.
• Ensure that all system standards and company policies are met and are not violated.
• Configure and maintain enterprise content management systems for portal development.
• Support in-house applications and integrate systems into portals.
• Maintain company portals, respond to user comments, and examine portal traffic.
• Maintain user access and manage service accounts for SharePoint services and applications.
• Monitor availability of web and database servers.
• Escalate issues as necessary to proper teams.
