Responsibilities:

•  Collect business requirements from key stakeholders to outline programmatic solutions for solving critical business challenges.
• Develop integration connectors between CIAT CRM, SIS, internal applications, and third-party applications to publish data and automate manual processes.
• Develop PowerApps and Power Automate flows for Dynamics 365 data integration.
• Configure Power BI platform and develop custom reports for real-time KPI monitoring.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards to provide visualization for real-time operational KPIs.
• Develop and support custom registration and student forecasting solutions.
