What MobSquad does is:
1. Hire the individual as full-time employee of MobSquad
2. Obtain a Canadian work permit on an accelerated basis (as fast as six weeks)
3. Immigrate them and their families to Canada, providing personalized immigration assistance at each step
4. Contract them to a MobSquad client on a long-term, exclusive basis where they have access to work from one of four MobSquad's Canadian offices (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Halifax)
5. Work with the individuals and their family to achieve Canadian Permanent Residency (equivalent to US green card) in six to eighteen months, and Canadian citizenship in under four years
MobSquad helps software engineers in the following situations:
1. They are currently in the US on a temporary work authorization (e.g., OPT, STEM-OPT or CPT) and either did not get selected or at risk of not getting selected by the H-1B, and their current company is willing to work with MobSquad as a partner.
2. They are currently outside of North America working for an offshore team for a US-based organization, and want to relocate (by themselves or as a team) to Canada, with far less complexity and time vs. the US
3. They are currently outside of North America and wish to move to Canada, are open to supporting a US-based company remotely from one of our offices, and successfully work with us during our hiring and client matching processes
