Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Partner with and/or develop external reporting for customers.
• Troubleshooting and debugging code to identify and fix issues.
• Working with the Quality Assurance team to help test issues and features.
• Adhere to mPulse’s software development standards and practices to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Actively participate and represent customer delivery in client meetings as needed.
• Actively stay abreast of digital strategy and communications.
• Participate in company and / or department initiatives.

Experience:

• Familiarity with omni channel technologies – SMS, MMS, Telephony Email.
• Basic proficiency with scripting languages.
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical professionals.
• Ability to work/learn independently as well as in a team setting.
