Job description Primary Responsibilities:
Participating in sprint planning, grooming calls and retrospectives Ensuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasks as per SLA Adherence to the defined Ops delivery process/guidelines like Problem Management, Incident Management, Change Management, SLA Compliance, productivity and other application goals etc. Active Contribution in Design reviews, Story Development, Test Case Creation, Test Case Execution/ functional Testing, Performance Testing and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for Go/No Go decision Develops innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation Key job functions would include job monitoring, analysis, debugging problems, PLM tasks, providing code fixes & testing. Conduct root cause analysis on all incidents and recommend a corrective action plan. Ensuring timely updating of Rally, Service Now with resolution data, root cause Achieves harmonious working relationships with business partners and within team
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 1 - 7 years of experience Fair experience in working with agile methodology Strong with Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices. Test Case Preparation, Functional Testing (Manual/ Automation), SQL, Unix Server Exposure to Unit Testing (Plan, Prepare & Execute) Exposure to Functional/ Regression/ Performance Testing (Plan, Prepare & Execute) Moderate knowledge on UNIX and Shell Scripting Sound knowledge of SDLC Ability to work independently with minimum support/mentoring Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good oral & written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Good to have knowledge on Jenkins and Github Experience in supporting application in Cloud environment (Kubernetes) Background in healthcare industry applications Experience of handling of OM applications.
