Solution Trainee Engineer

Qualifications 10+ years of experience leading Information Technology projects Work with senior stakeholders and team members across regions to facilitate the delivery of customer value Work with a team of enthusiastic members supporting critical technology systems and guiding business patterns and end-users with industry best practices, solution design and creating long term value to customer Act as a servant leader to development teams Educate Agile Release Trains and Agile teams maximize efficiency and performance from scaled Agile practice and values Coach Agile Scrum/Kanban team in self-organization and continuous improvement Guide the teams to consistently deliver customer value Manage Risks, mitigate impediments and negotiate dependencies within and across development teams Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of a variety of factors , including an understanding of current business trends Facilitate events including planning, system demos, inspect and adapt events and team synchronization Work with Product managers/Owners to insure features and user stories are clear, concise, prioritized and understood Establish and maintain open and clear lines of team communication to facilitate status transparency Frequently interact with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, involving matters between functional areas Work with Teams to increase effectiveness and optimize the flow of value Experience leading functional teams in Scrum, Kanban, or other relevant frameworks with 5-8 years’ experience working as Release Train Engineer/Agile coach. Experience in marketing technology/financial services Industry is preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills SAFe certified candidates are preferred
