Specification Analyst

Job Description :Job Title: Specification Analyst III Duration: 01 years Contract Location: 3801 W. Ridgeway Ave. Waterloo, IA 50704 A Bachelor&39;s grad in Business or Communications would be a good target. Publishes engineering change documents involving engineering and manufacturing data including all levels of complexity.  Recognized as a specifications expert, providing leadership, consultation and training to others in the unit or division.   Duties:  Uses knowledge and experience to serve as liaison and consultant providing feedback that affects specification and decision activities; serves as specification representative for project teams.  Completes various specification audits and monitors Engineering changes to ensure data integrity and uniformity.  Coordinates and delegates inter-factory decision changes.  FOCUS Specific Duties: Maintain all FOCUS software quality process documentation including SharePoint Sites. Schedule feature review meetings and process review results to assure adherence to PDP sub processes. Process software change requests and defects to assure adherence to PDP sub processes. Maintain the FOCUS onboarding process for new employees and schedule training sessions. Required Skills, Knowledge, & Relevant Work Experience Detail and process focused. High level of flexibility including ability to handle rapidly changing priorities. Strong communication skills.
