What You Will Do • Extensive experience in SQL Server and SSIS • Hands on knowledge of development following the full SDLC processes and Agile Methodologies. • Hands on EDW development and ETL with any industry standard tools like Informatica, Datastage etc • Work directly with business users and data management team to determine technical solutions based on business needs. • Mentor other Software Engineers to grow their technical skills • SQL query tuning; Troubleshooting and streamlining the data refresh processes for EDW • Work with or without complete business requirements or specifications in a fast paced team. Skills and Experience You Will Need • 6+ years of experience in software development using a wide variety of ETL tools; Specifically SQL Server and SSIS at least 6 years • Expert knowledge in RDBMS (Oracle, DB2, Teradata, SQL Server) • Expert knowledge of C# and .Net backend development; • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Performance tuning of SSIS Develop stored procedures, functions, SSIS packages, triggers, and views using T-SQL • Understanding of database schema design, query optimization, and SQL Server troubleshooting • Good experience in working on SSIS changes to apply break-fixes • Candidate should have knowledge of SDLC and Operation Process
