Sr Business Analyst

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related IT field.
• At least 8 years of professional experience including program / project management, business intelligence / data analysis, Agile methodologies, SDLC and/or IT strategic planning and implementation.
• Experience in MicroStrategy, Microsoft Power BI, Python Data Visualization, Visual Basic for Applications, Jira, Tableau.
• Strong IT background with experience on application development teams, with data management and reporting, and with collaboration tools such as Teams, Sharepoint, Jira, and Confluence.
• Must have the ability to adjust to a fast paced, high volume work environment with demanding deadlines.
• Must be customer focused and possess the ability to identify issues, analyze, and interpret data and develop solutions to user needs.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present findings, recommendations, and proposed solutions to client executives, and to articulate verbally and in writing any questions and concerns that arise.
• Applying various methodologies to gather, organize and document stakeholder business requirements, including preparing and conducting stakeholder interviews, individually and in groups; preparing and hosting requirements workshops; preparing and managing surveys.
