Sr Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Act as proxy for the executive sponsor and product owner.
• Work with requestors to document requirements, business value, outcomes, risks, compliance needs, and information classification.
• Assist with the work intake process for the Data Management and Governance team.
• Facilitate meetings with business/technical staff, leadership, and vendors to define and document processes, rules, service levels, and responsibilities.
• Partner with developers to create and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, math/sciences, or related field with 8 years of experience in a similar role utilizing an architecture framework; or a Master's degree in one of these fields and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience creating and delivering presentations, project communications, and organizational change management to all levels of management.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to understand business needs and translate into requirements and business value.
• Ability to set individual priorities and drive team plans/tasks and organizational objectives.
