Sr Data Analyst

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex data sets from Infor M3 and other sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI to support business decision-making.
• Support the design, implementation, and optimization of data management processes and systems.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices and advanced data analysis techniques.
