Sr Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of our customer data and be the go-to person for questions from our customers and customer-facing teams about product usage and fraud trends.
• Developing strategies for building compelling business cases through variety of media including but not limited powerpoint to present to current and prospective customers.
• Create reports, dashboards and analyses to inform our management team on business and functional performance, including discussing the implications and results of analytical design choices to internal stakeholders of varying technical understanding.
• Become an industry expert to further support customer's needs and use this knowledge to position SentiLink for future development.
