Job Description : Responsibilities:
- Develop business process models, context diagrams, conceptual data models, and perform data analysis, QA, and UAT efforts.
- Collaborate with developers, business partners, and data stewards to determine new data fields that should be added to source systems to enable more efficient analytics and self- service BI.
- Serve as an active member of the Data Governance and Data Warehouse committees.
- Function as subject matter expert on Mass General Brigham Health Plan data domains.
- Ensure adherence to data governance standards and policies.
- Initiate new activity to define new policies and standards to close governance and quality gaps.
- Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.
- Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are integrated as a guiding principle.
- Persist in accomplishing objectives to consistently achieve results despite any obstacles and setbacks that arise.
- Build strong relationships and infrastructures that designate Mass General Brigham Health Plan as a people-first organization.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- 5-7 years of directly related professional experience.3 years’ experience in data analysis using SQL, Excel, or PowerBI.
- Knowledge and experience reading and writing complex SQL statement, data analysis.
