Sr Java Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement software systems in J2EE/JAVA, JBOSS application server environments, MS SQL, and Oracle databases.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and functional IT processes.
• Conduct research on current industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
• Provide technical support to production systems and lead system integration efforts.
• Prepare detailed documentation including Technical Design Documents Solution Design Documents and high-level process flow diagrams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across project sponsors, IT project managers, technical architects, development and validation teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience considered.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience as an application development analyst on successful, enterprise-level IT projects.
• Demonstrated ability in all phases of the system development lifecycle and a broad understanding of multiple business areas.
• Proven experience with enterprise content management systems such as Alfresco, Activiti, and Ephesoft.
• Experience in server configuration, web services using SOAP and REST, and developing XHTML pages using Java Server Faces, Primefaces, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
