Sr Java Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document portions of the overall solution.
• Ensure client’s software development process is followed on the project, based on industry best practices for software development.
• Review code and provide feedback to developers on current and peer teams.
• Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies and software patterns.
• Provide configuration management in the development environment.
• Evaluation, testing, configuration management and other software tools that support the software development process.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge in the development of client/server and internet applications that utilize a n-tier architecture and graphical user interface.

Qualifications:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Java framework.
• Experience with creating data driven web applications, n-tier architecture based applications, enterprise architecture applications, writing user controls, and web controls.
• Working knowledge of common Object-Oriented design patterns, best practices, and frameworks.
• Working knowledge of security in both Linux and Windows environments, as it pertains to web application hosting.
• Thorough understanding of infrastructure and have experience with orchestration to develop a cloud solution.
• Experience in developing scalable web applications.
