Sr Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Understanding of PostgreSQL database domain and product architecture, ability to technically validate and assist customers with solutions, engage in design discussions.
• Ownership of the roadmap for multiple features, ability to manage competing priorities and tradeoffs bring clarity to scenarios that are ambiguous.
• Drive features that are envisioned from ideation to exploration/validation with customers to launch including partnering with marketing, finance.
• Continuous engagement of the global customer base to understand their technical and business needs which are translated into opportunities and product requirements.
• Communicate product vision and value through conference presentations, technical blogs, partner, and field briefings.
• Track OKRs, adoption metrics, business metrics, NPS and feedback.
