System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve application issues including the development of applications, reconfiguring applications, developing reports/data visualizations, etc.
• Develop changes in applications to help maximize user productivity and respond to changing organizational needs.
• Partner with business analyst counterparts to increase organizational knowledge for the purpose of configuring and customizing applications to meet business needs.
• Actively monitor applications for availability and normal operations.
• Create and maintain application and data integrations documentation.
• Collaborate with other members of the Application Team to provide support for new application system design and implementation

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience programming and supporting business applications.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting reports of enterprise business application data.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting bug fixes.
• Experience with support tickets and communicating status and resolution to end users.
