System Analyst

Job Description:

 Responsibilities:

• Assists with management of system resources, the installation and integration of systems fixes and workarounds, updates, and enhancements including performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, and recoverability.
• Makes recommendations for new or improved systems and applications.
• Assists and advises junior level technicians with complex desktop issues.
• Develops strategies to accommodate needs, prepares drafts for review by the COR, and incorporates their comments and concerns.

 Experience:

• Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience with proficiency supporting Microsoft Windows 10.
• 3+ years of experience providing hardware & software troubleshooting.
• 3+ years of experience with proficiency supporting Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to interact and work with a diverse customer base.
