System Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring employees computer systems.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve employee issues.
• Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
• Willing to learn and implement Firewall, endpoint security, System networking, centralized control server , and group policies and individual policies defined by Managers.
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelordegree or diploma or ITI or equivalent course in Information Technology or Computer Science or Hardware and Networking.
• Good analytical, programming , and database skills.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
• Willing to identify, propose , and initiate new ideas and improvements.
• Eager to learn new technologies related to Software, Hardware, or Programming.
• Aware of Website Domain Server knowledge and configuration with good programming skills.
