Systems Analyst Developer

Job description/required skill set:

The main function of an IT Systems Analyst/ Developer is to design, develop, and implement applications using in-demand languages and technologies (e.g. - Websphere, Informatica etc.) to support business requirements. The IT Systems Analyst/Developer will be responsible for delivering the following: • Support data extraction, migration and integration initiatives. • Data scrubbing and analysis of data at field and field relationship levels. • Data transformation. • Scripting and application code generation. • Configuration and system administration

Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required • 4-5 years of developer experience required • Development experience in needed language or technology (e.g. - Websphere, Informatica etc.) • Strong experience with data extraction (data engineer), migration, and integrations initiatives. Strong data scrubbing, analysis and transformation experience using the skills below required: o PL/SQL - Oracle 12, MS SQL o Database Scripting o Visual Studio, .NET, C# o Python scripting o Experience creating APIs and working with Azure/Cloud functions • Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large-scale projects from end-to-end • Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC • Candidates local to the Houston area required

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience within Land Management Systems (QLS, geoAMPs) • Previous GIS experience using ESRI stack • Background with PODS interface • Background in SAP financial systems
