Job Description :
  • Experience with developing software for release on Linux-based HPC using Python, MongoDB/PostgreSQL, Kubernetes on the backend, JavaScript/D3/Vega-Lite on the frontend, github/git branching models and issue tracking throughout.
  • Experience with Agile Software Development Methodologies, across multiple software development projects is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience with QA/QC is also preferred.
  • Strongest candidates will have experience with data science and analytical packages such as numpy, pandas, keras and pytorch, as well as analytical programming languages such as R and Haskell.
  • Experience with proposal writing, manuscript preparation, biomedical and biomolecular data, OpenAPI/Swagger, semantic technologies including RDF and SPARQL are a plus.
